The Cinderella State of Mind

Don’t you just love this color!! I totally do.
Anywho! I am having a really hard time staying motivated, with almost everything. Cleaning the house, laundry cooking dinner and even getting out of bed in the morning. When I am at work I am always making lists of things that need to get done when I get home and look forward to getting home and cleaning my cute little house but when I hit the door at home nothing on the list gets done!! SO I am wondering how to get out of this funk and get my act together??
This is how I would like to feel about doing house work!!!
Any thoughts or ideas?? I would love to hear them!!

A letter to my Daughter

No I am not announcing anything. :) sorry.
I am not really sure what brought this to mind.Things are changing in my life and I started to think about how the things that I do today will affect me years from now. This brought me to think of the children that I may have one day. My goal is to be a stay at home mom.We are working hard to make that possible.
So..
To my little ones that are to come,
I will work my bottom( i hope they wont say butt) off everyday to make a good life for you. I will always do my best starting now so that you will have a good example. I hope that you will know how I love you, we are already planning for you and you are not even on your way yet. I will cut back now so that you will never go without.I will stand up when you can't. I will give you the best of my life. I am looking forward to meeting you one day, whether you come from myself or if God forms you in another.

I question posting this. but it is my heart right now.
I know that I cant understand how much I will love my children and some with children already may think this is silly. I am not sure how it will be taken. but here it is.

Silly laptop!!!

SO... i dont know how to upload pictures from my camera on to my laptop..
before I got married and live with my parents i was able to upload on my dad's PC. SO my goal is to find out how it get pictures up because I have a LOT it post!!!!

Is having a moment.

A quarter-life crisis you might say.

One of thoses days where I am not sure what to do with my life.\
Have any of you felt this way? I do enjoy what I do but do i want to do this for the rest of my life. mercy. I am kinda lost. I will find my way. God knows my path, I just wish that he would let me in on it.:)

So what did i do today again...

everad a day where you worked and worked on your house and at the end of the day you feel like nothing got done!! That was my day today!! woof! I walked countless flights of stairs in my house doing laundry(the washer and dryer is in the basement and our bedroom is on the second floor), i organized, marked almost every box in the basement saying what was in said box. cleaned the kitchen. swept. walked lynus. packed up everything fall and got the house ready for Christmas Decor and made dinner!
I know that I got alot done today but I feel like in brain is telling me "You could have done more!!" which is getting to me because my kitchen sink is still full of dirty dishes from dinner, laundry is not done and other things that never got crossed off my To-Do list today.BUT tomorrow is a new day and the Queen is not coming to my house so I will just wash the windows another time!! God is Good all the time!! Well I feel better getting that all out!!!

I can't believe that I am married!!!

The last few days have been amazing. I love that I dont have to drive home anymore

I am really enjoying cooking and baking and Jesse is the eating.lol

We almost have the house all set up, just in time for christmas!!

So much has happened in the last two week is crazy!!

The Weekend Update

Well, i am happy to report that we (Mom, Dad, Sam, Jesse, Jake and Matt) moved all my furniture to Jesse's house!! A hutch, couch, refridgerator, entertainment center and a large area rug.Those were the big things. I did take one picture of Sam and Dad loading the U-Haul but I left the camera at Jesse's. Oops. Now the fun begins...unpacking our shower gifts that we have been given over the past few weeks and months...I believe that I am going to start with the kitchen, mostly because when I am at the house I spend most of my time there. Also I get to start looking at paint colors for the kitchen as well!!!! I hope to post some pictures this week!!!

What a Beautiful Pair

I am so happy to tell you that we now have a washer and dryer

in our house!!!! It was delivered a week ago today!!

The first thing that I washed???
Kitchen towels!!!! I have been deep cleaning the kitchen like a mad
women, so when time comes to start moving things in everything will be ready!
Thank you everyone for making this possible!!!!!
We are so thankful that we wont have to drive to our parents to do our laundry!!
And I bet they are too!!!

President always gives a State of the Union address

SO I thought that I would address you on the state of my union(aka my bed room)

My tall dresser is really the catch-all of my day.
Today it has some random lotions, nail polish
a goodies bag from a child's birthday party, my LOVE
photo holder (not sure what to call it because it is not a frame) with pictures of Jesse and I.

Back to my crazy live quarters...this it part of the crazy that I can control... my laundry, that I hope to tackle tomorrow!!! The wooden dresser in the corner is my mother scrapbook center!!! The room that I am staying is not the room that I grew up in. I moved out in August of 2008 so in January of this year when i moved home. My brother had "upgraded" to my room and I got his old room which was now the office. So its kinda part craftroom part bedroom!

I show all of this to you to say, that I am feeling like my life is a bit more out of control than I would like. I do understand that in 54 short days that all my things will have a home again and that other people have gone thru worse. I hope that in the coming weeks more things can be moved to Jesse's house!!! I am sure every women that is married can relate to how I am feeling. Or at least I hope so! ;)

Lamps and Toasters and Bowls oh my

So tomorrow is Jesse and I's first bridal shower!! We are so excited. It is sure to be a good time and great food! I will totally post some pictures. Having never been married before I am not sure what to expect... my family is large and load!!! If it is nice outside they want to get a fire going now that the weather is getting a bit cooler!! Cant wait to tell you about it!!

WOW!!!! I have 74 Days til I get married.

And, it's starting to get crazy.

Showers every weekend, cleaning the house and moving up to my new house!!

Also my parents are painting and getting new carpet in there home!!

Toes in the Sand

I am learning to love decorating. My mom has always had a lovely home and as I will be having my own home in the coming months I have started to really get into shopping for the house. The other day I saw a Marshall's store. I had never been before and it was amazing!!! I loved scanning shelves seeing all that they had, when I came across a set of small dishes in the shape of Starfish. They are tan with a little blue accents. I also found a vase that has the same color pallet. I can wait to post pictures but at the moment my camera is acting up and I cant load anything!!! Hope you had a great weekend!

Lynus James

So this is my puppy, Lynus
Now he doesn't carry around a small blue blanket, but he does carry this bear everywhere! When I first got Lynus I gave this bear to sleep with so that he wouldn't feel alone. After about a month of having his bear, Lynus started pulling all of the stuffing out of it, I would come home and it would be everywhere! After about a week of this Lynus was able to start pulling the bear up onto the couch with him. Now the bear goes everywhere with him.

Dear Diary

Good afternoon!! Its Tuesday right before noon i would say. Today my goal is to get ALL my laundry done, shower, pack, and drive to my new house. The laundry part is already putting my behind, i have two large baskets to do. and its just my clothes. I would like to say that I am behind in laundry because of the holiday weekend but that is not the truth at all. Laundry always seems to sneak up on me. The need to shower...is understood by all. The packing part.. I am getting married in a few months so every week I take a small load of things up to my Husbands to be's house. It as been a very exciting and busy time in my life, but I am learning to love it!!! My dryer is buzzing! woof! off to fold clothes!
